Instead of sharing my recordings, courses, and gathering on a website, I created a free online community called RISE to inspire discussion and connections!

Here is everything you need to know to enjoy this community of kindreds exploring inspirations for the soul!

1. Complete your profile: Introduce yourself to the community by adding a profile picture and a brief bio about your journey, offerings, and interests.
2. Explore recordings and events: participate in those that resonate with your interests.
3. Connect with members: Those with similar interests or in your region will be suggested to you. If you feel called, reach out, ask questions, and form connections!

Here are the tabs you'll see listed on the left of the home screen, each holding adventures you can enjoy in RISE...

• Events- Browse events and RVSP by selecting "going." 
  • Add to google, apple or outlook calendars
  • Sign into RISE at http://risewithdrsophia.com or click the link in the calendar invite and you'll see the event video pop up when it begins. Click the "Join Now" button
  • You'll not be seen visually, but your username and text messages will be displayed in the side bar. You can stay anonymous or jump into the conversation any time!
    
• Members - A list of all members where you can see who is geographically near you, explore similarities, and reach out to direct chat.
• Memoir Book Club - Join the free weekly one hour book club event hosted by Dr. Sophia discussing any question or topic related to her memoir. Join any time no matter how much you've read :) You can also watch recordings of past Book Club gatherings.
• Recordings - explore meditations, interviews, and other recorded experiences.
• MoonRISE meditations - subscribe to receive a guided meditation at the start of every moon phase in your inbox and join the global community discussion in the facebook-like feed.
• Courses - Courses will launch in September...more to come!
• Weekly Angel Gathering - a weekly gathering to receive direct channelings from the Angels...more to come!
